“If all insects on Earth disappeared, within 50 years all life on
Earth would end. If all human beings disappeared from the Earth,
within 50 years all forms of life would flourish.”

Still, I feel that I'm quite important. Not so sure about the rest of you.

Burra, look down. You're quoted in my signature.

Ah, fame at last. And you *have* been a good boy lately. Have a carrot. And a pat on the head.

It's not entirely intentional. I've had a number of good ideas to deliver in the past few weeks. These things take time. --- There has been a dearth of really dumb ideas for me to pounce on lately, and few politically charged topics. And, the lady who was following my posts for the sole purpose of putting me in my place, seems to have tired of it. When something crazy does come up, I either ignore it or I construct a very succinct reply which requires no further explanation, and they don't come back for more. There's nothing I enjoy more than a battle of wits with someone who is on the ropes, completely unarmed, but I've run out of chains to shake. Does that make me the winner ? If so, can I please be appointed as the Simon Cowell of this site and granted immunity ? I promise to go easy and make it fun for the whole family.

Even the Burra doesn't get immunity.

You keep coming up with the good ideas and I'll keep stomping on the politics. That way I'm sure the rest of the family will benefit and we can all be winners.
