Permaculture Residential Manager wanted!

Hi All

I am looking for anyone interested in living at my NSW property of 120 acres and getting a taste of country living. It is planned to be rent free on the condition that the people staying will maintain and develop the property according to permaculture ideals. There would also be the option of having classes there from time to time related to permaculture e.g. installing solar power, rainwater catchment, gardening techniques etc.

It has a 3 bedroom home and would suit a couple with a couple of kids who are interested in home schooling there children while living in nature. Has a river frontage, private location and almost engulfed in national parks. Expect plenty of local wildlife including wallabies, deer, quolls, plenty of birds including wedgetail eagles etc. There is no tv reception and no mobile reception on the property. Internet is arranged via satellite and could be used for running an online business. House is fully furnished with sheds, chook yard and stables available as well.
