These points are a little left field considering the health data and idea of not doing unnecessary harm which were the main supporting points though how food is grown is what we all should want to optimize. About the possibility of living without exploitation why not? Is it exploitation eating the fruits of the earth and spreading their seeds? B12 is never a part of my diet and I am not deficient while many on the meat are. Most pro athletes do shots.
