I LOOOOOVE Indian food.

A couple of years ago, wondering what to do with an overabundance of okra, my best friend found Manjula's Kitchen. We've been fans ever since. Manjula is possibly one of the most adorable cooks on the internet. She is also Jain. Therefore her recipes are vegetarian and do not use onions, garlic or eggs. Many of her recipes are also vegan or gluten free.

Her latest recipe for Gobi (cauliflower) Manchurian Appetizer Recipe is below (just in time for my cauliflower harvest!)
