I feel bad even doing this, but Paul said we can, so here I am. I am genuinely curious if anyone has experience with earthworks in Canada, and in particular, has there been any issues with permitting?

No thanks Paul. I think people are answering to the best of their knowledge, and I've learned some things I didn't know about.
