Hello, fellow people of earth. I wanted to introduce myself here as I just joined this wonderful forum and wanted to give some background about myself. My name is Mike Hendershot and I live in Rhode Island, in the Warwick area. I have a woodworking shop at a 160 acre farm in the area and we have been getting involved in woodland care and management over the past several months. A good friend of mine who is also a forum member here, Gorillajets, is currently partnering with me in the work. We aim to learn as much as we can in all areas, both ecologically and technically. At the ripe young age of 28 going on 29 I have a ton of energy and try to have the best focus I can on my work.
I love old hand tools, woodworking with my hand tools,
splitting firewood, creating products, learning everything I can. I own a wood products & woodworking company that does a wide range of things, I will share that more as time goes on. Basketball, ping pong and golf are my recreational sports/games of choice.
I hope to learn a ton on this forum as I have done with other forums I have become a member in. I will also contribute where I can and the areas I have knowledge...if that ever comes up. Thanks in advance for having me as a member of the forum.
