I've been reading up on Ginseng as a forest cash crop. (slow crop...large monetary yields?) Anyone here have any experience with this?

From what I've read about others actually involved on ginseng collection, the "large monetary yields" are simply television hype. There are no rich Ginseng hunters/growers in the real world. That's not to say you can't actually sell it, but don't expect it to give you a "get rich" kinda crop.
