I think that this is a great program. It will help to reduce costs in prisons and teach prisoners valuable skills that can be used in the outside world.

Sam - you and I are on the same page here! I posted this link yesterday http://www.permies.com/t/33628/videos/Sustainability-Prisons-project (and on reddit).

It's a pretty cool program and I like the way it links the prison to the outside community.
