Did a search for cottage cheese, no hits.

We are getting a lot of eggs, and just got a milk cow.

I'm thinking any flavor washes out in the whey. I used plain white vinegar with this method and it came out bland tasting. I suppose I could have added more salt to bring out the flavor.

And as far as the whey, that makes a good soil amendment, so don't flush it. Put it in the compost tea or sprinkle it around and water it in good.
