Im interested in the land for sale. Im hoping to build with bamboo on the land and potentially export some dried bamboo as a means to prove income for visa approval or trade stocks. I would lile to stay year round or seasonally delending on what is oossible as a current american citizen and humble income here around 20k usd for annum
