Since I'm currently hyper fixated to an extent with this plant (Going to be growing it for the first time this upcoming year (2026)), and I've seen a few posts wondering where to get certain cultivars/varieties. I figured this wouldn't be too much of a spam post and others could ad on as well. (Plus I keep hating my spreadsheet and haven't managed to get the styling down right because I keep adding too much info to it 😅)
Currently searching for: "Chamisal Quelites verdes" orach (mountain spinach) seeds to try and cross with the "Vadito Quelites Grandes" orach I'm growing
I just ordered billington hopniss from Experimental Seed Network.
I had some growing in my jerusalem artichoke patch a few years back and I didn't like the flavor so I chucked them... which I greatly regret now. Didn't know they had so many other benefits and other ways they can be prepared.
Now the plan is to get this handful going and hopefully two sisters them with my ever expanding jerusalem artichoke patches.
