Root cellar... in a greenhouse?

So you've got your dream wofati sunken greenhouse, now what do you do with that south (in northern hemisphere) wall?  It doesn't get enough light to grow anything, and if you're like most of us, it just becomes a junk magnet.

Well, this lady has come up with a thoughtful approach to use it as a root cellar!


If you don't feel like streaming right now, I've attached the basic layout and chart for her target temperature/humidity for each crop.
(She's even accounted for offgassing by separating crops that spoil each other.)
