I don't personally have guest accommodations but there are affordable, quality hotel options in the area I can advise you about. In terms of laundry and cleaning products, the general rule is to not use any poisons on your property. We don't typically micro-manage each other to the level of reviewing cleaning products but our general preference would be organic / biodegradable.
