Hi all,

I wanted to share something we’ve been working on and see if a few people here might be interested in taking a look.

We’re building a simple, web-based map tool for early-stage permaculture planning. It’s designed to help you get oriented with a piece of land — drawing boundaries, reading contours, seeing how water moves, switching layers on and off, and getting a general sense of climate patterns.

This isn’t precision farming or farm management software. It’s a planning and design tool, meant to support land reading and early design thinking before (or alongside) time on the ground.

We put together a short preview page with screenshots so you can quickly see what it does:
Permacultr Preview

We’re looking to hear from people who actively plan or work land.
So, if any permaculture farmer or designer feel like exploring it, I would be happy to point you to the web app and would value your thoughts on what’s useful, what’s missing, and what you’d leave out.

No sales pitch. Just sharing the tool and gathering real-world perspectives.

If you’re interested, feel free to reply here or message me.

Thanks,
David
