Someone who appreciates that my poultry are pets, not destined for dinner.

Needs to be down to earth, pragmatic and solvent. I am no fool and will not be exploited.

Intelligence and sharing my Christian faith while also interested in and respectful of earth based traditions and other cultures is essential.

I don’t travel due to animal care commitments so either based in Cornwall or willing to relocate. I would consider a long distance communication via video only for the right person whose goals and values genuinely align with mine.

I am not currently off grid and currently micro homesteading. My goal is to find somewhere were I can live off grid by permaculture principles with a focus on sustainable, self sufficient crop production. My animals are helpful compsnions. I’m not militant vegan and occasionally eat dairy and fish locally and sustainably sourced. I would like to keep sheep & goats. I’m not looking for partnership with an ardent carnist, nor looking for endless futile debate on these subjects.

I’m really seeking someone who knows and loves this lifestyle, who has lived off grid before and tended the land before and certain from experience this is the direction they’re taking.

Have a blessed day everyone, the sun is shining on this crisp winter morning here so I intend to make the most of it

WFPB, monoganous, don’t travel due to animal care commitments. Based in Cornwall, UK 🇬🇧

I’m tired of bots & fake accounts so I won’t answer all comments.

I’m looking for a genuine gentleman, a homesteading partner, who appreciates that my poultry are my pets and not destined to be dinner.

A man with a genuine intention to work in partnership in stewardship of the land. Sharing my Christian faith but also interest in and respect for Earth traditions and other cultures.

Must be someone solvent, pragmatic and down to earth who is not looking to exploit me - I’m no fool - but neither have I allowed harsh experience to sully my soul.

I don’t have accommodation to offer and am not rushing in to move in with anyone. Workaway & WWOOF are great if you’re looking for accommodation.

Not looking to be trolled, find a better way to enjoy a sunny day. Also not up for debating my values or goals. I know who I am, what I seek and what I don’t.

Have a Blessed Day ✨🌟✨

I appreciate any, like you, willing to live on land where food that can be grown will be, and caring for animals to not just use them. It is the sustainable way I see people can go on in this world besides having the high ethical position that would be involved.

Hi Alexandra - welcome to permies!
We don't do or permit trolling on permies - hit the 'report' button if you have an issue there!

I see you're down in Cornwall - lots of interesting projects in that part of the UK, I guess the warmer climate helps! If you fancy a halfway house to homesteading, I think Ken and Addy Fern are sometimes looking for partners/help with the [https://plantsforafuture.theferns.info/volunteering/]field project[/url] if that is reasonably accessable to you?
Good luck.
