Recommendation for real estate agent for property with homesteading potential near Missoula

My family will be in the Missoula area June 16-27 to look at potential homestead properties. Can anyone recommend a real estate agent? My preference is 50-200+ acres of land with no house, within 40 minutes of Missoula. I would like to start a permaculture system, including an earth shelter, from the ground up and don't mind restoring land that has had some logging. We are hoping to purchase property within a year and start living there full time within two years. We've been reading LandandFarm.com and are ready to move forward. I appreciate any advice. Lee Foss of Foss Realty found my property in Hamilton, as well as Paul Wheaton's property outside Missoula. Google search him and let him know I sent you. We have done several transactions over the years. good luck!
