permaculture farm and house for rent or sale costa rica

The farm is the same like in my last post in this section. The hilltop house is upgrated with more solar power and the first floor with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen+ living area is completly finished. some work is left on second floor, just details. balcony is added, a car port is new as well as gate and drivewayis graveld. House is free now and i am living in nicaragua . House ant farm can be rented or bought seperatly.Fotos on facebook, Heiner Las Cascadas.This property is perfect for a permacultue school or tourism buisness and any offers for partnerships are wellcome, i would like to keep this place but i can not work 2 farms.
