Hi folks
there a lot of different grains from which cereal I can make it.
Which isolate most?
which I can handle best?
The cheapest?
......
Thanks a lot in advance

Sveik!

Rye and wheat are considered the best I believe, of the grains.

If you can get Thatch, I believe this is considered the warmest, but it might be more expensive. at least it is in Estonia.
