My computer finally died back in April this new computer is Windows 11 Home Edition.

We need to take my old computer off our Malware account and add this new computer.

Any suggestions/help?

Do you mean Malwarebytes, the antivirus software?

I guess we use the nickname Malware for Malwarebytes, antivirus software.

We get an error message when trying to download or install.

Can you describe the error message?

It should be possible to download and install the free version of Malwarebytes, with comes with two weeks of full functionality and allows you to upgrade / sign in to an account.

I don't know their transfer policy. If you can get the free version to work, you may have to contact them for help.

My computer came with a free trial.  So the next time it asks if I want it will it allow to me to sign in to our account?

I would think so. But if you can't sign into the account, you'll have to contact their customer service team.

We got it installed.

In case others might have the same problem.

Temporarily uninstall any other anti-virus program, then restart computer.
