Hello everyone!

My name is Veronica and I currently live in San Francisco, I know, I know. But for the past few years I have been feeling like a cog. Everyday commuting to work, commuting home and doing it all over again tomorrow. I want to live on my own land, grow my own food, build my own home! I don't come from money I know what struggle and hard work are. I have been single for the past 5 years because I refuse to settle. I want to share my life with someone that has the same ambitions and dreams of homesteading, which is basically impossible in this city. Lately have been really thinking about finding a community that I can become a part of or maybe joining the bootcamp at Wheaton Labs, but am struggling with the decision of quiting my 9-5 and leaving my apartment not knowing how things will turn out. I think having someone to make this journey with would make that decision a lot easier to make.

I have a rather colorful and unconventional backround and for the past two years have completely restructured my life. I love crafting and learning and doing.

Veronica,
Regardless if you take your next steps solo or with a newly found friend/accomplice you will be taking a "Faith Fall". The idea of joining the Boot Camp gives you a degree of knowing what you are falling into.
I myself have little knowledge or experience with the Wheaton Labs Boot Camp. I am sure you could or have research(ed) that option. I took my faith fall into USAF basic training. Very much a transformative action.
Your two year make over, an evolution or a resurrection?
Brian
