Beautiful tiny home for sale:

24' (28 including tongue) x 8.5' x 13.5',

Happy to answer any question, but please read to make sure I have not already answered.

The downstairs is complete with a couch area (that could easily be turned into additional sleeping space), as well as a kitchen, and bath.
The couch area has a projector and pull down screen for cozy in movie nights and the walls are filled with sturdy pine bookshelves for plenty of storage space.
The kitchen has a fold up table for extra room when needed, a propane gas stovetop, and a large sink with fold down extra cutting board space.
There are two lofts, one full loft which fits a king sized bed with a bay window. The other loft is above the couch area and can be used as a reading corner, or sitting space.
The bathroom is complete with a Japanese style soaking tub with a cobblestone base, and showerhead from the top. The wood in the shower area is made of cedar which only adds to a Zen spa feel. There is also a clothes washer tucked away behind closed pine doors alongside plenty of storage shelving. The toilet is ready to be connected to your septic system or can easily be converted to a composting toilet. Best of all is the underground heating in the bathroom that keeps the tiles nice and warm in the winter.
Propane runs the water heater which is also neatly stored away behind pine doors.
The entire home easily connects to electricity, just plug it in with an extension cord. A small electric heater warms the space, or there is a small fireplace for those winter days when you just want to sit and watch the soft flickering light of wood burning.
Hardwood floors and natural light from an abundance of windows make this home feel light and spacious. This home is located in Sharon, CT and can be transported to your desired location. Truly a one of a kind gem.
Asking $85,000 OBO. Please no low ballers. No trades. No rent to own. This tiny home is being sold without land.
