We are in Tehachapi ca. about 2 hours north of Los Angeles in a small mountain community. We sit at four thousand feet and get 4 beautiful seasons. I am familiar with Tehachapi. Is it on the east or west side?  We have friends that are off Water Canyon and love the area.  

We are on the North side of the valley from Water Cyn. We are in Oak Knolls. Our property sits on top of the hill and if I look south across the valley, I’m looking at Tehachapi Mountain Park above water Canyon.  All properties here in Oak Knolls are minimum 2 1/2 acres and we have 7 1/2 which includes three adjoining lots. It’s really a must see property. The home is completely remodeled as well as the outside having fencing, corrals, barns, 1200 square-foot shop and outdoor fireplace tons more. We absolutely hate leaving this property, but our family in Montana is calling us and three grandbabies is a huge draw.
