all gone now! (several different varieties of corn seed to give away)

explaining this selection of corn.

It has been stored in the freezer (until today) and I've grown out a bit of it....have given it away locally and now would like to clean out the freezer door for other things like our 2026 bean seed.

Would anyone like all or most of it for the cost of shipping within the USA?
I would repackage in paper rather than glass jars to ship.
Most was harvested by us in our friends garden in 2023, some that was in his freezer was from 2020.
It had been grown by our friend for several years in this area...what he grew provided him with cornbread and hominy year round plus some to share.

no guarantees, except to say it has been stored well.
there are maybe two to three pints of seed total🤔

off season I know but time to get it back in circulation.

the corn has been grown in zone 7 for all this time.

Judith gave me some corn seeds last year and I planted a dozen of them. I also grow specialty corns that are bred and selected in regions with very different climates from the Midwest. The seeds from Judith just grow and produce without fuss, despite being planted in less ideal location near two big oak trees.
Here are the gorgeous ears being dried and I will definitely grow more next time.

I did keep some very small jars of the dark kernels in the freezer and the rest is gone.

I think some of the light colors were what he used for hominy?

Did you have to water it at all?
