Hi Everybody!,
I made a post in Iberia area bon the forum but thought I should spread the opportunity further. I own a nice little piece of property in Portugal Central close to Nazare (4kms( the land has been used for many years as a winter getaway from Canada and it has some infrastructure already roads and gate plus alot of clearing so areas to use and onsite Solar for the workshop which doubles as a cottage and water capture system. the place is nice why I dont want to sell. I would partner with someone if it makes them feel better to stay longterm . do something official through Notary. I open to suggestions. I will not be here after the spring 2027 I have work opportunity but id drop in a few months every winter, well probably nothing is certain about my next adventure.
It has been sitting for a few years with periodic visits but only to check on it see if anything stolen. Good news is nothing gone so thats nice. it is not remote but its off grid and very private. I am here now cleaning it up and put it back in semi normal condition but I think I will only do plants that need very little water so when im gone everything just doesn't die.
Very sad to see all the flowers gone to weeds but its the way it goes. I am thinking an intentional travelers spot would be cool. A few vans can stay at a time and alot of camping places so even people with cars can come. It would be pretty free but rules would be easy, the normal respect and such. Do a rotation kind of concept where noone gets held down to long we just all work together so the chickens get water and what not. I have not added any other animals yet chickens are so easy.
I am an Artist so creatives are obviously welcome especially musicians so loud music is possible just not looking for doing parties unless its just private BBQs and that type.
I guess what Im saying is there any interest in something like this by anyone or people out there looking for this??? let me know i will answer any questions anyone has.
