Hi everyone,
Do you love walking through a garden and noticing what’s already working—and what could grow into something wonderful?
I’m looking for someone who’d enjoy turning that eye for possibility into paid work in their own community. You’d help choose a neighbourhood you know, meet homeowners, and explore their gardens with them. You’d hear what they love, what they wish they could change, and what they imagine for the space.
You’d bring those conversations, along with photos and measurements, to our design team. Together, you’d help shape a garden plan that feels personal to each homeowner and suits the place they call home.
This is a small neighbourhood trial to start. We’ll give you a clear process and design support, while trusting you to bring your own local knowledge, curiosity, and way of connecting with people. There’s room for more than one person in different areas.
Gardening, landscaping, or permaculture experience would be great. What I’d especially love to find is someone who’s excited to take the lead locally and comfortable starting friendly conversations.
