I’m 50, from NJ and looking for…

With all this talk of potential food insecurity, I’m glad I have land and started my orchard a few years ago. Not to mention a few other perennials ive been nurturing.

I’m from Warren county New Jersey. I have 14 acres that I wish I had more time and help with in order to get it producing more food.

I have a young orchard that should really start producing next year. I enjoy fruit trees and I graft trees every year in order to sell/ give them away. I enjoy the process.

J also have lots of asparagus that have been producing a lot. I appreciate that the more attention you give to them, the more they show their appreciation by giving us more to eat.

I’m very much looking forward to my apples and pears next year. Peaches are just starting out and next year I’m planning on adding apricot and maybe plum.
Do you have any suggestions for me?

Ok. About me. I just turned 50. I have a good job that I enjoy. I graduated college, not that it means much anymore.
More importantly, I’m an autodidact. I’m alway learning something new, trying something new. Experiencing what’s possible with hard work me some intelligence.

I would like to find someone with common interests. Friendship first. Maybe there is someone that wants to grow things with me. Let’s see what we can get into!!
