I'm starting to think about xmas again and am a bit stumped. I like to make presents for friends and family but two of my sisters live in Australia. Are there any good virtual presents I could make for them? It's annoying when the postage costs more than the presents - and customs duty is also additional costs for many countries now. I don't do computer programming these days, but I can write, or create images so I'm wondering what personal thing I could do that would be useful or otherwise welcome as a gift.

Any suggestions welcome!

What about donating to a charity they would appreciate?
If you can paint or something, you can scan it for them.
A digital scrap book could also be appreciated.

What about some digital books or movies or a subscription to online movies?

What about a gift of online classes, such as yoga, a language, etc?

I was hoping to think of something that didn't involve spending money. At the moment the only thing I've thought of for my sisters is to perhaps do something with the family tree I've been researching. Making that into a printable or downloadable form might be a nice thing perhaps.
I've already made them a family recipe book, although that was in a hard binder rather than a printable file.

How might a digital scrap book work?

Oh, I like your suggestion about the family tree.  Is she interested in family research?

Having the family tree somewhere that it could be downloaded and printed would be great.

Can you add pictures where you do your research.

Do you have family stories or traditions that have been handed down?

Maybe write a stories about all these things, like "Our family started out with ______, our founding father who lived, _____> ....

It could be as simple as making a pdf, a page on neocities, or using an app like family album. The PDF would be the mostsecure, if privacy is a concern
