For the past 211 days, I've been keeping a spreadsheet with harvest data. It's been very informative! And very satisfying to see the numbers grow. I never would have thought that I would've harvested 70kg of produce by now.

I'm sure others here may be getting much more impressive numbers. If anyone else is keeping numbers, I'd love to see them.

For context, I'm gardening on about 300 square meters of backyard in the subtropics (excluding the house), though since I live in a multi-generational household I'm not farming it as intensively as I otherwise would have, since I have to keep their wishes in mind (apparently having space to walk is important!). Some of our trees are also not producing yet and our bananas would have usually produced much more if the cyclone didn't take them out. Considering all of this, I'm very happy with all of the fruits and veggies we were able to eat!

Hi Lola,
I love your numbers!
I bet your numbers will increase over the years to come. If you can get your family members included in food growing, they will increase more.
Be creative, find more spaces to grow, and above all: Enjoy gardening and eating your homegrown food.

Normally I don't count or weigh my produce, because I lack the discipline to keep it up. Sometimes I do an estimate. So, the only real number I have for you is on my home grown wheat (I think). I started with one ear of wheat, that I picked up from the road next to a just harvested field. I picked off the seeds to sow in my garden in the fall just to have some roots in the ground. Next year I harvested a few ears and planted all the seeds again in fall. This year, I have wheat that seems to have huge graines inside. I have just finished cleaning the seeds and weigh them: 291 grams. Not enough for even one bread, but I am very proud anyways. I have already sowed some, and intent to sow some more.

A few more memorable numbers: my largest apple weights 480 grams, one year I grew 83kg of pumpkins total. An old record of 53 pots of tomato chutney. This year I tried wine making. There is aproximately 18 liters ripening in my shed.

Keep it up, have fun. I would love to see your numbers next year!
Kind regards Nynke
