Not in the scope of permaculture but interesting none the less. I do appreciate having hands on experiences and I place a lot of value in the ground up style of homesteading.......but I can be a sucker for automation many times as well. Well, I just thought this was worth sharing. From what I read it produces on average of 1 flat bread per minute. Bit on the pricy side naturally. I think the market price in 2015 when it hits shelves would be $600ish. One of the few things I would like to gauge is the level of noise this machine makes. My bread machine can be pretty loud at times.
Those who hammer their swords into plows will plow for those who don't!
I had a bread machine for years then it broke caught fire and died .
So I made bread by hand . Takes me 15mins to make three 400g loaves . Quicker the three times weighing out the stuff for the machine .

Ha ha ha thats a cool machine but have to agree with the hands on approach, so much cheaper than store bought, especially if your cooking on the woodburner
