Mr Taisen Lee, the question which has to be answered first is whether or not the stoves would pass the official test. With a level of transport costs that high, it would be a better idea to buy a Testo 300 gas analizer yourself, plus a small laptop and the Testo software to do several online testruns. It would be much cheaper than the cost of the stoves plus transport. That way, it would become possible knowing the stoves would pass the certification test before shipping those to the EU.
I have to delve into the requirements, in order to provide you with the right method to mimic the certification test. The only requirement you won't be able to check is dust concentration in the exhaust gases. The Testo 300 doesn't provide this functionality, sadly to say. In combination with another Testo device it will though.

I don't know anything about the requirements in the USA, sorry about that.

Our rocket stove works exceptionally well when paired with a thermal mass bench. The stove's main body is pre-fabricated, allowing customers to install it directly and customize it to match their personal style. This design significantly reduces construction complexity and time while also lowering costs.

According to actual tests, it only needs to be burned 2-3 times a day, and the hot bench can keep warm for about 20 hours

I dont know if you are using standard oil drums but you could possibly offer a kit for self assembly and the buyer would supply their own barrel.
Perhaps another option would be supplying the internal components to a third party business who could ensemble the parts with their own barrel and sell them from thier location on your behalf.
That is assuming the components without the barrel would be much cheaper to ship?

Which, remembering a business lecture from years ago… might get you around some corners as I think it might then count as being “made in USA” if some final assembly was done here.

I remember an example of shoes being made in Honduras, the laces threaded here, and now they can say “made in USA”.

With your intention to entertain an agent, --How did your testo testing come out? I must have missed this as it was talked about for Europe standards to pass a level of performance?
