Dandelions were looking so nice on my walk, I decided to try this dandelion bread recipe. Great color and tastes fantastic. Not too sweet. Couldn't hold off till tomorrow morning to try it.

Fantastic idea EVERY permaculture enthusiast should have and use, if you can harvest wild food, its less you need to plant and maintain

Got your "Wild Edibles" book for Christmas and just finished reading it. Nicely done. Looking forward to taking it into my woods and tasting some new foods ! I want to try some of those recipes in the book too!
