Thanks for the insight into your experiences! What's the author of the Mortgage Free book? And where are your podcasts?

Regarding your "re-husp" concept: my inference from your post is that this is essentially setting multiple people up with their own plots so they can experiment with different variations of permaculture techniques, and compare/contrast/debate on which techniques work best and which don't. Is there anything more to it? Or is that basically the point of listening to the podcasts to understand the idea?

I assume each 1-2 acre plot would entail each person figuring out some sort of living arrangement unique to that plot (tiny home, van, yurt, etc., etc.,) is that correct?

Have you heard of Geoship? I'm not sure that it's ever going to actually be a real thing (still a startup idea basically), but it might be something that would fit your property goals. Especially because you can invest in their seed round and if it does actually become a reality, the domes basically maybe pay for themselves (through the investment). I'm not an expert investor or anything though so not financial advice lol. I just threw a little money at it on a gut feeling basically. They have a Wefunder if it sounds interesting to you. They apparently have some people that came from Tesla and other companies working on it so there's at least a few proven operators there.
