Wow! So I got online to search " off grid living partner" and found this. I'm a 4 year Navy vet then was a welder for 10 years. I currently own a box truck and do good working for myself. As my kids are all settled now I have thinking of fulfilling my dream of living peacefully off grid.
The world is so angry and it seems so much negativity keeps growing and growing. To leave a true life of peace and happiness I've made a choice.
I want to live off grid but not alone. Some kind companionship is not necessary but good to have for multiple reasons. Safety and security of each other, health reasons or emergency, building a super strong bond, and 2 minds are always better than one.
I have prepped when it comes to shelter and solar power. Still doing research.
I would love to chat with you a little and share ideas.
I'm 6' y'all 180 pounds. Not bad looking at all.
I'm truly a good man that lives by a code of honor, respect, and integrity.

Someone out there wants life to be simple... just who.. is the question.. I'm hoping one day soon I will find that person that has that interest in the land we walk across the want to live and adapt. Cold winters cool summers everything we want is here if we can get away from the concrete jungles..

140 acres/56.6 hectares in Harding County, New Mexico USA. Finding someone, a partner, a friend, almost anyone that wants to actually live off-grid is tough. Good luck in your venture, but if New Mexico would be of interest, I'd look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Thalia, I’m from China, and I think maybe we might not be the best match. I’ve never been abroad, and I actually feel a bit uneasy about living in a completely unfamiliar country.

But just like you, I also long for a simple and natural life and I’m already working on it. I’m currently back in my rural hometown, where I built my own solar power system with two 16kWh energy storage units. It gives me complete freedom when it comes to electricity.

My next plan is to dig a large fish pond in front of my house and raise some grass carp. I’ll plant grass around the pond so the fish can feed naturally. Once the pond is ready and everything is settled, I’ll start thinking about finding my partner.

Hey Everyone, my name is Jon. I am 52 yrs old, tall, and got a small permaculture homestead on the southern Oregon coast I am looking to share everything with another intereested in this type of lifestyle. The town is Port Orford of only about 1000 people or so (off tourist season), but has a real Organic Food Co-op grocery store and no stop-lights at all in town. The hiking in the area is the best (surrounded by forest and wild and scenic ocean beaches and at least 7 state parks). People here are artist friendly in general. Cheers
