PEP1 and PEP2

Since the PEP1 program hasn't even been built yet, it is a bit difficult to even discuss PEP2.

But basically I am thinking that PEP1 is an attempt to offer folks an alternative to college or to joining the army or getting a really lame job.

(I also want to be clear that at this time the focus is on stating something publicly which people might be able to certify and they never set foot in Montana. Or they could do it all without any certification. Or this is a spring board to PEB1, PED1, PEG1, etc.)

I think it would take about three years to complete PEP1 for the average person. And to some people, this could have more value than getting a bachelors degree.

PEP2 would have to include something huge. Maybe an innovation. Maybe a book or DVD. Something epic. But since it is "PEP2" and that second "P" represents me, I would probably work with this person on fleshing out what that means. I would also think that there might be a minimum number of badges that would need to be take to the black belt level.

I think it would take two more years to complete PEP2. It would be a bit like a masters degree.

Is there an acronym definition forum or post .. or can I suggest one ? It makes things kind of exclusive when you use acronyms .. maybe someone can go around & let the first post in every thread spell it out ? In my experience this helps ideas spread as .. if people don't know what you are talking about ... I opened several threads on PEP1 etc ... still don't know what it means & I visit Permies regularly ... just not often enough i guess ... I wanna help these ideas spread ...
