wow - cool find.

i wish they had more info on the dairy operation and what equipment was all included. not because i can afford it, but because i like to know those sorts of things.

I was wondering if they might make some sort of deal with someone who didn't have the money but wanted to keep the place going and give them a cut until it was paid off?
