sprouting/soaking/grinding flax seed question

Greetings! Do you think that there is a difference in nutritional value if you grind the seeds up before soaking them? I know that technically the seeds won't sprout if you grind them up first but I don't have a high speed blender like a Blendtec to grind up the slimy, soaked seeds. I've read that the nutrition in the seeds is bio-available after just a soaking (http://symplefoods.com/sprouting-flax-from-appendix-a-the-wide-world-of-sprouts-list-of-sprout-able-seeds-kitchen-sink-farming-out-soon/), I wonder about the nutritional value of grinding before soaking. TIA.
