Actually, I might have that backwards. Or totally wrong.

Could one in theory make a paper plaster mold, build ones earthenware around it perhaps using a timber box frame, dry and season it, and then burn the paper core out and have yourself an earthen built stove?

Someone with experience want to chime in and dash the Idea upon the proverbial rocks?

what you are talking about is not much different than using a Styrofoam mold to create a pizza oven.
