Anyone here coppice for building supplies, basketry, other purposes?

What's your favourite reference for managing a coppice forest? What kind of trees do/would you grow? What do/would you make from the wood you harvest?

a little about coppicing

I'm coppicing for livestock feed, firewood & mushrooms. Info is scattered around the net.

This is a good site & I'm hoping the book finally comes out:

Oooo, ah, that's how it starts. Later there's running and screaming and tiny ads.
