hi all
i'm a single male in my early 50's with no debt and a strong desire to be closer to nature

ideally i'd like to find someone who needs part-time help with their property, etc., in return for a small wage and a place to call home

i do not claim to be an expert in any one area, but i have experience in a few trades, including basic carpentry, plumbing, septic and electrical, as well as photography, website administration, robotics

also i can run most heavy equipment of any size from very small skid loaders to very large dozers and excavators

i'd love to find a place that is at least somewhat remote, away from the social noise and clutter, preferably with lots of trees and/or water

i could construct my own, small place to live if need be, or would be happy living in a barn, cabin or any other space as long as i have some privacy

don't get me wrong, i like people and i love talking about a very wide variety of subjects, but i also value my privacy and do want to be closer to nature

nothing wierd about me... far as i know anyway ... i'm pretty clean-cut, dependable and have a good work ethic

take care all!

I have a guy on my place who maintains the road and does other stuff with his excavator. I tried two other people who accomplished nothing.

It can definitely work. Randy has lived at my place for 3 1/2 years. No rent. I don't pay him.
