Tepmerate Climate Permaculture has a great 6 part blog series called the myth of the perfect job. (http://tcpermaculture.com/site/2013/10/15/the-myth-of-the-perfect-job-part-1/)
He talks about his experiences with burnout in jobs he loves. He uses a hexagon of qualities when looking at a prospective job or business and recommends 2-3 main jobs (projects) and then 3-4? smaller side hustles (seasonal or otherwise).
Anyways, I really recommend checking it out!

Gareth, I like your idea for a business.

I have seen a business that goes into offices, shreads old papers and haul it off for the company.

If you know of any business owners you might try talking with them about what their needs are.
