Good morning! I've been trying to do some research and not finding a lot on this subject. I've got a small backyard orchard and I want to plant some blue berry bushes inbetween my apple trees. The trees are about 15ft apart. I was wanting to put halfway between each. Any thoughts?

I would make sure that the blueberries are going to get as much sun as possible, usually they like lots of sun but can tolerate partial shade for some of the day.

Acidity wise, they should fare well being planted between apple trees, just watch the leaves, they will let you know if something is amiss.
