Hum, I don't know of anything that would heal in under four days, but there are things that will help.....
Disclaimer: You
should first do some research on how the essential oils I mention below may interact with your meds, or ask your doctor.
When younger my mom would use a topical treatment of Vit-C
water on the bruised area to speed healing.
If I would doing it now I would add MSM and essential oils to a liquid in a recipe like this -
1 cup aloe-vera juice,
1 Tablespoon MSM,
1 teaspoon V-C (you may want to start with 1/2 t as it is acidic and can/will burn the skin if the concentration is too high for your skins tolerance). I use MSM & V-C crystals.
And
Cypress and Lavender essential oils 4 drops ea. to constrict blood vessels, and
Helichrysum and Chamomile to speed healing of hemorrhages. If this mix bothers your skin add more aloe vera 1/2 cup at a time until it doesn't. Your skin maybe extra sensitive due to the meds your taking, but as soon as you start to tolerate it decrease the AV so your getting a potent mix.
Gently warm this mix to dissolve the crystals (I place my mixes near an electric heater) and shake or stir vigorously to blend, because the oils want to stay on top. Allow the mix to sit at room temp as you do not want to apply anything warm to the area at injection time. Before you inject apply a cold compress to the area, right after injecting apply this cooled liquid in a wide pattern. After 4 or so hours - apply heat and movement exercises of those muscle areas to speed circulation which cleans out miss-place blood.
Repeat, applying the liquid a few times between injections. You can keep a mix warm and apply 4+ hours after and 1 hour before the next injection time. Another batch of this mix cool in the fridge for applying during injection time.
Also, there has been positive research on temperature shock speeding healing. So warm up the area(s) like after exercise and then apply the coldest water you've got in a
shower or a large ice pack, after 15 minutes add heat again. Repeat this 'shock' of the cells in your injection areas a few times each day.
All the best, I hope this helps speed your healing.
