I think they would but can anyone tell me for sure, we get a lot of millipedes and I want to get them under control by building a chicken tractor and running it around where the millipedes are the worst. No sense in doing it if they for some weird reason don't find millipedes tasty.

I've never seen a chicken eat one, apparently they taste as bad as they smell, they'll grab on like they're going to eat it but it doesn't last long. They may if they've been bug deprived for any length of time, I've seen young chickens eat a lot of stuff the others don't. If you have young chickens that are new to free range or tractored with access to ants watch them close, they can get stung enough in the throat to cause it to swell shut and kill them.
