Hi there i have tons and tons of cucumbers which im pickling, but it looks like we will have more than we could ever need to pickle. Im looking for recipes other than for pickling anybody have any ideas?
If you keep a running jar of fresh cuke slices as they come in from the garden, you can cover them with 1/2 rice vinegar and 1/2 toasted sesame oil (yummy!). Then you can always add herbs and spices to season the jar, like dill, garlic, and chiles.
