I think it was 2002 when I built this.    I happened to have a small mountain of 18 foot long 2x6s and I needed a goat shelter.  
 
 Once again, the general design is something where I want to not paint or treat the wood, so I make a generous overhang.  
 
 And I had all the free metal roofing I wanted, so it played a large roll in this structure.
 
 Unlike the pig shelter - you can't put a floor in a goat shelter because the goats poop wherever they are.  Pigs will only poop and pee outside.
 
 In the third picture you can see where I made a small hole in the skid and put a bit of steel cable through it for dragging the structure.
