Hi guys! I thought I'd introduce my little house to you all. My wife and I purchased this house from a builder in California and have been living in it since November here in Illinois. It's 8'x18' (144 sq. ft.) with a king sized loft, dormers, and sides built out over the wheel wells.

Yeah, a lot of these were taken during a tiny house meetup, so it had been thoroughly cleaned Although we can usually get it looking pretty in 10-20min since it's so small, it definitely doesn't always look that good!

Love the tiny house! Can I ask how much it cost to buy?

Philip, we got ours from a lady in California who built it for herself and then decided it was too small for her. We found it on http://tinyhouselistings.com/ and paid $27,000 for it.
