First Geodesic greenhouse.. some questions

Hello all,
im from Slovakia and want to build a geodesic greenhouse using Acidome calculations - http://acidome.ru/lab/calc/#7/12_Cone_3V_R2.75_beams_50x50
I have all wood cut (will be starting with 5/12 and proeed with 7/12 if needed)
Most of the woodedn geodesic greenhouses i saw were jayed down on the ground, but i want to make a radial foundation out of blocks and concrete.
This also gives me ability to make my greenhouse floor ~ 40-50cm under the backyard ground (few steps down). I believe this will add me more warmth in the winter and probably cooler in the summer. What do you think?

Also, dont know where to place the entrance better?

In the inside i want to have hydroponics and at least one IBC container with water. Can put one more later for aquaponics, if i will have more time for this.

what are you going to cover it with?

first row with polycarbonate (4-6mm) and rest with agrofoil (some French type with 5y warranty and 8y life in our conditions)

Cool, did you determine where you will be putting your door. Are you thinking you will heat it?

probably north-west, because i have a patio near a backyard house, so it will be easier.
i plan to put earth pipes under, one IBC cube and hydroponic system. I have 10 (2 m2 each) raised beds already outside.

We have a few of us building domes at the moment so it is nice to see another. I am building a smaller dome (4.5m diameter) but I am using a different method than you.

I am making individual triangles and they will be covered in plastic before the dome is constructed. This makes it much easier to cover and also means that damaged panels can be easily removed and replaced in the future.

You can find my dome build here. The plastic should be arriving today and I hope to complete all the triangles today so I can start covering them at the weekend
