I saw a sweet 6 acre property while on the Seattle craigslist, and I thought someone looking for
land here might be interested. (I have no connection to the seller) It's got an active organic farm on it, with producing fruit
trees, established garden beds (3 acres of cleared, growable space), a cabin,
greenhouse, well, electricity, fenced, etc. It's near Shelton, WA, but posted on the Seattle craigslist, search for "acres fruit." The title says $95K but they've dropped it to $89K.
