This is an awesome video, a Ted Talk, the guy does a great job telling of a world that sustains itself with using nature's own systems.
I love how he says, "A sustainable farm that measures its' success on the health of its' predators."
I went looking for the farm he mentioned, "Veta La Palma". I found a nice video showing some of the farm, a man at the farm tells,
"Even with the birds eating 20% of the product, "the story" allows them to charge more for their fish." The story of healthy sustainable
raising of diverse species that complement each other.
If you were to visit Veta La Palma in southern Spain, you might think you had strayed into a nature reserve.
But the 113 square kilometre estate which hosts 250 different species of bird is, in fact, a commercial fish farm - with a difference.
