This 5-day workshop is an overview of the basic skills you’ll need to create a ‪#‎resilientlife‬. Dig deep into what it takes to build and maintain a vibrant homestead. Learn from Asheville’s top teachers, gardeners, fermenters, healers, and botanists how to create a thriving, regenerative ecosystem in community or at home - with Kate Hanford, Natalie Bogwalker, Quinn Asteak, Marc N. Williams, Asia Suler & Luke Cannon. In this workshop you will learn about homesteading, gardening, foraging, fermenting, food preservation, and herbal medicine making. If you are an aspiring urban homesteader, naturalist, local food activist, health professional, or hungry student, you will gain life-long wisdom in this week-long immersion. If you care about sustainability, why not go one step further: RESILIENT LIVING.

DATES: October 12-16, 2015 LOCATION: Asheville, NC DETAILS: http://www.ashevillage.org/resilient-living-workshop Limited seats - sign up by August 31st and save 30%!
